I’m Tracey, A.K.A Ocynia—53 years old, a mother, a survivor, and someone learning to find her way back to herself. For years, life was about keeping things together, making sure everyone else was okay, and pushing my own needs to the edges. Somewhere in all that, the part of me that believed in magic—the quiet, intuitive, sacred part—went still.

Reclaiming the Flame is my way of waking that part up again.

It’s not about grand gestures or perfect practice.
